Dear Peter,

I'm sorry that I don't have an answer to your question. I am working on just the opposite of what you desire though, so you may be able to help me.

I am wondering what the normal permeation rate of hydrogen is through polyethylene (MDPE, and if you know of any ways to increase the permeation rate. I desire to store hydrogen in a polymeric foam matrix (possibly polyethylene PE), and desire high permeability for good tank absorption/desorption characteristics.

Many Thanks,
Greg Banyay
