Diffusion of Hydrogen in PE |

Hi
I'm working with the diffusion of hydrogen in polyethylene PE to find ways of reduce it. To get a sufficient low level of diffusion it is necessary to modify the PE. One of the variables I have changed is of course the degree of crystalline but this alone is not enough. Another method is the incorporation of nanoclay, among others. Is there any knowledge of the effect of nanoclay in relation with diffusion? Do you have any suggestions to other methods to modify the polyethyelene or with nano composite materials? It is not desirable to put a metal on the surface due to the use of the material.
Thanks in advance
