Diffusion through PVC foil (0.2 mm)

Dear Forum.

I need to know the approx. diffusion of water through soft Polyvinylchloride (PVC) foil (thickness 0.2 mm). The foil is used for chemical bags.
I have measured (via a very simple weight loss measurement) a loss rate (flux) of approximately 5 microliters/cm2/day, eqyal to 16000 gr./m2/year. I consider this value to be VERY high.

Best regards
