Diffusion of H2 Gas through Epoxy Block

Hello,

I am planning to use either G10 fiber glass reinforced plastic, or an solid or composite epoxy resin / vinyl ester resin block to contain a cell with high pressure/high temperature gaseous hydrogen. The containment cell is not intended to be pressure tight. In fact, the expoxy containment cell will be enclosed by a pressure vessel.

Thus, the expoxy containment cell will be exposed to Hydrogen Gas at 300 bar and 120 C.

Does anyone have any diffusion, chemical and mechanical related recommendations for this composite / multilayer material application?

Thanks,
Kyle Smith
