Diffusion of Hydraulic Oil through PTFE |

I have a non-standard application where I would like to contain hydraulic fluid (mineral oil) and water (in two separate situations). I'm considering using a layer of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) film. Can anybody give me advice on how to quantify the diffusion of the fluid through this layer in both of these cases, or suggest a better material?
